Since the launch of the Teco AI service, we have gradually expanded the amount of available knowledge and documentation. Registered users can now also use Teco AI to search for information on products that are no longer sold but are still in use in a variety of applications.
Teco AI now provides technical information and allows users to find related documentation, for example, for the following product lines:

Information is also available on the relevant expansion modules, communication interfaces, and other accessories, such as the MR-02 and MR-04 modules and other components used in these systems.
Faster Access to Documentation
Many older devices are still being maintained and are still in active use. Searching for the necessary information in archived documentation can therefore be time-consuming. Teco AI allows you to ask a naturally phrased question and receive an answer within seconds, complete with links to relevant sources.
The answers also include links to specific documents that can be opened directly or downloaded for further reference.
Support for Service and Modernization
This newly available knowledge will be particularly valuable to service technicians, system integrators, and technology operators who work with older installations. Teco AI thus helps not only with resolving operational issues, but also with planning modernizations and migrations to current product lines.
