The online application for Switchboard Design Verification (formerly Type Tests) by Bonega now includes a complete range of modules by Teco for mounting on a DIN rail. The application allows you to assemble a switchboard using the online configurator and thus obtain a production label with a QR code including the relevant documentation, which always complies with the latest standards. Allows you to combine devices and switchboards cabinets from different manufacturers.
The application automatically calculates the worst possible thermal load for a given configuration of devices and, based on this, offers to choose a suitable switchboard from various manufacturers. This way you are always sure that there is no risk of fire.
The application allows you to assemble a switchboard from hundreds of devices and cabinets from different manufacturers. However, the documentation is valid only for specific brands of devices that are approved in the application by the given physical calculation. If you wish to use devices or switchboard cabinets that are not in the menu, it is possible to add them on request. You can find more in the switchboard overview and device overview.
The application fills out all the documentation for you based on the technical parameters of the devices and switchboard cabinets. We constantly monitor the development of legislation and update the documentation. In this way, you are sure that your switchboard will not be unnecessarily rejected during the inspection.
If you also fill in the device labels during the assembly of the distribution board, you will end up with custom labels in the correct dimensions for each device to print and cut out. On the labels, the phases on which the device is connected are automatically distinguished by color and text.
Each production label also includes a QR code, which can be read with a smartphone directly via the navrh-rozvadece.cz website. After reading the QR code, the documentation for the given switchboard is immediately displayed. Even directly in the field, you have immediate access to all documentation and to the switchboard, which you have never seen before.
Any distribution board created using the Ověření návrhu.cz application can be easily copied and modified. Just scan the QR code on the production label and click the "Create a new switchboard with the same devices" button. You can easily and quickly add or remove a device to the switchboard and get valid documentation and a new production label again within a few minutes.
