If you want to implement a hybrid connection of the charger from PV panels to the batteries and the inverter with the 230 VAC output, there is available the PHOTO CHARGER DC 48 with the FOTO CONTROL 1ph 230/48 VDC inverter made by VONSCH.The charger has a continuous output of 3,000 W to 48 V batteries with the UMPPT range from 200 to 550 VDC, and the inverter has a continuous output power 2,000 VA and 48 V nominal battery voltage.

Both modules are connected to the Foxtrot system via the RS-485 interface. Multiple inverters can be connected to the communication module, so it is possible to implement e.g. a three-phase assembly, inverters arranged in parallel, etc.

The diagram below shows the wiring of the communication part of the modules; there is not a complete connection of the assembly with respect to synchronization with the network, etc.

Notes:

  1. In the Foxtrot system you can use any communication channel with the RS-485 interface, with max. cable length 1,000 m, with a recommended cable RS-485.
